You missed the new settings options on the new setup page. You need to choose what you want the short press to do:

Doh, I get it now. I looked at that and figured those are the three things it will toggle through so I left it on fog lights lol

Edit - changed the settings. Thats perfect for the short press! exactly what i wanted!
