As Tom says, just check the 'use profiles' on the alpupdate configure page ;



Setup your three profiles as you want on the 3 pages (profile A, B & C), download the config.alp file from the website, put on USB stick, plug into the ALP, and you will be able to switch between A,B & C on the ALPConnect app. You can then remove the USB stick

Profiles are just not supported on the standard wired controller. You need either HiFi or BT to use them.
