Tim will take care of you but the period that AL is willing to update units at no cost (Shipping Charges Only) is limited so dont wait until the last minute. I bought my unit from East CoastInstallers mid summer this year and he installed it. I get the "module not supported" message for bluetooth updartes. What is the best way to send it back for repair? I'm not even sure where it is intstalled (interior or exterior). The usb plug is in the fuse box.
