Firmware Update Steps (HiFi)

I searched and thought I had it in my notes. I promise I'll save it this time.

(1) With system off (ignition off) insert the USB with only the FW update on it and power up.
(2) When completed do I power down before inserting my config USB drive?

Can I put the config file on with the firmware?

The Voice Pack and HiFi ware have not changes so no need I guess.

Just stick the drive in with the firmware update and it will install and reboot when done. If you want to load a new config file put both files on the drive and after it reboots it will load the config file and start back up normally and you are done.

If you keep a config file on your USB it will re-load the file if you have it on the drive.

Thanks, I loaded the FW alone and less than 2mins it was done.
My config seems in tact being I have a dim control pad light, and remote LED off until alerted.
