LED constant blue and two beeps = cable or defective sensor. please help

Here's an interesting piece of trivia I read somewhere: the startup beeps are the letters "AL" (for AntiLaser) in Morse code.

A few members here are Amateur Radio Operators (Ham's) who know the Morse Code, myself included.
