LED constant blue and two beeps = cable or defective sensor. please help

    Hello all,

system and car are 2 months old. began having this error code come up on start up. also have the ALP connect/BT. no integrated speaker. ran a config log and posted below. could it just be that there is a slight power issue upon start up? (my other car with a different anti laser does the same thing but it is a well known problem and i know all sensors are working because when i turn the power to the system on and off again the error goes way) however, when i cycle it on and off in this car the error doesn't go away. really hoping i don't have to take it into the installer because he's an hour away and the install was a B in this SUV. i would doubt the sensor itself is defective since it is a new system. hope the info below helps at all? also- the BT connection goes out sometimes while i am driving but quickly reconnects on its own. also- it always mutes when i am on a call and i thought that in HFP mode it would not do that.

Post a video of the startup routine so I can see and hear what you are mentioning.

Those are not error codes. If there was an error the LED would be Red and it would also give a long alert tone which would repeat to correspond with the error code. For example if the system was triggering an Error 2 you would hear two long beeps and the LED would be Red.

If using BT you would get a verbal notification and it would also be on the screen and get recorded in the log history.
