New Install Bluetooth Issue
Installed over the weekend and used car today for first time - everything connects but there is so much interference (static/echo/etc) when using the hands free car phone it is unusable...when i disconnected the ALP bluetooth module, the hands free phone was perfect....this is a 2016 Audi SQ5 with Samsung Galaxy S6 edge
any thoughts/suggestions on what is happening and how to fix? thx!

OK after a couple of great suggestions from Tom, have determined that the issue is Audi and not ALP - for some reason the Audi bluetooth is not able to work with both the hands free phone and the ALP. If anyone else has installed ALP in an Audi SQ5/Q5 and is running bluetooth successfully can you give a yell in here or send a pm - thx.

Using Android - not sure what you mean by "power lead from the car usb" - the Audi has no car usb...the phone is not plugged in and not using anything from the ALP usb port
The way we determined that it is Audi, and not ALP, issue is put my other car side by side with Audi, removed Android from Audi bluetooth, sat in Infiniti and placed call using Infiniti bluetooth, while still attached to the ALP app on Android from Audi - phone worked fine

ok understand, i use apple and get strange happenings on BT, i found that connect the charging lead via usb or just a 12v supply, first before starting the car then use the app seemed to fix it for me
