ALP defense mode stuck in city mode

Today i notice that when connected in defense mode its in city mode and I cannot change to highway mode . Before the update was able to tap the phone to change the modes. How do I change to highway mode or with new updates is this normal.

City/Highway is only for use if you have an attached Radar Detector. The City/Highway button has no effect on the Laser side. New Version will Grey it out if you do not have an antenna attached.
