Compatible Android Car DVD Players for ALP

Hi Guys

Just started looking for a compatible double din android head unit that is compatible with the ALP and has Bluetooth 4.0
I have been looking for a while but there is not many, until i come across this one.

Has anyone else found anything that looks compatible?
