Has anyone installed this on an m235i yet?
I was planning to follow the same setup on my e90 335xi but was surprised to find a knee airbag around the panel below the steering wheel. Has anyone taken off the panel down there? Is there still room to put the CPU? I'm nervous about taking anything apart down there with the airbag.
CPU's are not large and I see no issue putting the CPU under the dash. You can also put under the seat if you are not comfortable with working under the dash.
