I emailed them. But no response so far. I guess I will wait a couple more days before trying again.
As far as I my research went, the profile for south america is just a copy of the north america one. Same guns, same options. (If you have more info on this, it would be highly appreciated).
I even told them I'm willing to buy a new "South america" CPU if necessary, as long as we can work to support this new gun.
Let's wait for the reply.
