NEW LASER GUN - How to ask ALP for support

Hi guys,

I'm living in Brazil now and brought my ALP with me from the USA.
Now we have a new laser gun around, it seems to be made here, from a company called FiscalTech.

Would it be possible to log/record information from this gun and send it to ALP to block it?

You cant use a US Purchased ALP Priority system in other countries as they are region locked. Since this gun in not used in the US your US AL Priority system will not alert to it. You will need to get a unit suitable to your region. You can contact AL and find out who services your area. http://www.alpriority.com/worldwide-sales/

Support on south america region is non existent. I tried emailing and calling them many times.
Actually, I couldn't even get in touch with them to buy a ALP...
So its either north america or nothing.
Many guns used here are the same.

I know you are close to the ALP guys, do you think there is any chance I can get their support to block this gun?

We will not be able to add support on US Region units since its not a threat in the US. If its a real threat in your area please use the contact information I listed above.

Canada & the United States share the North America region. I really don't know much about Mexico.

I emailed them. But no response so far. I guess I will wait a couple more days before trying again.
As far as I my research went, the profile for south america is just a copy of the north america one. Same guns, same options. (If you have more info on this, it would be highly appreciated).
I even told them I'm willing to buy a new "South america" CPU if necessary, as long as we can work to support this new gun.
Let's wait for the reply.

My guess is you are under the same region, so you should be fine.
