    Found something new.

    I've noticed something new here on the Gold Coast in the last few days.. In two different places my STI-r has gone nuts in places it was previously quiet..

    The powers that be have been putting in solar powered safety signs that just say on them "Drive Safely", when you get within 100m of it, K band goes nuts! They don't seem to have a camera, or for that matter anything that looks like a speed camera or other speed measurement device.

    That's the one. I should drive past it at speed to see if the smiley turns to a frown.

    yep they do frown from what i can remember,had em on the sunny coast for ages, (mobile ones)

    Ive made many of those signs show a red sad face haha.

    Shane and I were going to see what the high score was with BR but sadly we didn't get a chance.

    Personally I think they work well on slowing down people. (:
