My ALP did something it had never done before...when turning on the car, it almost immediately shut off. I attribute the issue to the cabin being too hot, as when I turned on the A/C the ALP worked as it should as the cabin cooled. Should I be concerned about CPU failure?

If you have a HiFi controller it will shut down when it reaches 140 degrees, If you have heat issues you can exchange the HiFi controller for a higher tolerance one. This has been documented if you search the forum.Originally Posted by Qui-Gon

And yes, as BRD said, it's the HiFi controller that's the issue. Get it swapped for an updated one and you'll be good to go. There are numerous posts about it here.

Not a big consolation tough there is not one single family not touched by this fight , and when it is not that it is other things that bugs us on a dayly basis : bad relation @ work @ in the couple @ in the family.
