Yes, I'm in the republic of Kalifornia.
I own a LTI20-20 Marksman, and have been testing the latest versions of Veil. On my silver metallic car, I get an average of 1929 feet detection distance with no Veil, and it drops to 1103 feet with a heavy coat of Veil. This is on the white background, highly IR reflective CA standard plate (brand new).
I'll post more results with different LIDAR guns in the test area.
