Had a couple of these in the last week. One was from a Mercedes and this one from the other day which looked to me as being caused by sunlight reflection from a car bumper ahead. The video does not quite show how bright it was, but due to shadows and angle, it was a direct shot into the front of my car.

It's normal.. Better to know your sensors are comprised at the moment than not being informed.
