Yikes.. I was just thinking about this the other day - when I get hit with laser at night the LEO absolutely has to be aware that I am running countermeasures because my foot hits the brakes as fast as possible (lighting up everything behind me).

I'm not really sure whats going on in the OP's video but I don't think he understood how the ALP operates. Brake first, ask questions later!
