Locate the control pad where you can reach easily and press the power button. Not a big deal really. A 1 second press turns the power off. You could always just turn the car off as well, which would kill power to the system. I have always turned my car off the couple times I have been pulled over in the past 20 years.
Always a good idea to turn-off the ignition when pulled over. It puts the LEO at ease you're not going to make a run for it during the encounter. In the past when pulled over I always killed the ignition...put the keys on the dash(nowadays the key FOB), both hands on the steering wheel & Driver window cracked but locked (I never give consent to a search when asked).
LEO's are crafty w/ questions, never incriminate yourself by volunteering to much info, but do be courteous & respectful...it's always possible to leave w/ a warning only.

Definitely no reason to make these guy's jobs harder than they are. I have gotten two speeding tickets in the last 15 years and deserved both of them, actually. Always have a loaded gun in the car and my conceal carry permit and ready to inform the LEO of both. Once I did a rolling stop at a 4 way stop sign intersections in a Corvette and got pulled over. LEO talked to me through my passenger window, and just said to take it easy. I realized right after he let me go that my Glock was sitting on the passenger seat just a foot or so from him and he never realized it was there. Gun is black, holster is black, and interior was black leather, so it all blended in.
