I rented a Ultralyte and had my wife drive around a little today while I tried to punch thru and get a read. I never did and our street is pretty long. Perhaps I should wait until she get closer to hit the car with a narrower beam and I also have some other ideas to test this with. I have this unit for a week and will continue dreaming up stuff to test. I'm in Austin so if you want, I'll help you test yours. Please spare me the paranoid response, I posted this a week ago and got zero response.

What do you mean by paranoid response?
I would take you up on this offer, but I just moved to Killeen and haven't got fully situated yet in the new house. I see motorcycle cops on 190 all the time through my travels. Hopefully, I can reach out and get some assistance soon as I really need to get tested IOT determine protection issues.
Somebody was warning me about mentioning where I am located since I live in a banned state. I seriously doubt some cop is gonna contact from something they read here.
I have to send the gun back today but I haven't yet.......... If you have time to haul ass to north Austin today before 4pm, I'll test you. Otherwise, I can't.
