Newbie needs help with Radar Filter Threshold settings and speed settings.

    Guys,
I have my ALP 3 front sensor with GPS/HIFI/9500CI antennae integration up and running. I will install the two rear sensors later, but have cables run to the back of the car.

I have a basic understanding of the programming, etc, and I know what the "Radar Filter Threshold" setting is, but am not sure what to place them at? Are the default settings good? I live in North Atlanta if any Members are local, and do driving on the area highways, and in the North end of town, like Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, John's Creek, Milton, etc.

I don't know what Radar bands local LEOs use, etc. I just want decent threshold settings that I can start with and be assured I have adequate notification..

My other question is what is a good speed to set the LID and Radar alerts to come on at to minimize false signals? I was thinking 24 or 31 MPH?

    I appreciate any help.

Actually, I was hoping some guys from Atlanta would see this and reply. I guess this is like fine tuning.

And Tom helped me out with the speed settings, which was my second question.
