Ok. I see. BRD is out at the moment, but will be back shortly. I'll ping him and let him know what's up. I suspect it has something to do with the serial. You asked previously if the serial registration affects the firmware and the answer is yes. Each firmware is uniquely identified by it's registration. If it's not registered it will not allow you to update. BRD will have to look at the serial number and see what's up with it. PM him the serial number please.
