Trying to start ALP for first time....

Well I checked with a multimeter at the connector to the control box and it is getting a reading 12.3-12.4v at all times. Additionally, everything is connected to the right ports. I also tried the box without the jammer heads connected, but that did not make any difference either. Neither my installer nor I understand why this is happening.

Send us back the CPU for inspection and we will see what happened to it. The only time we had a CPU not start was when the system was installed improperly and a dealer ran the sensor wires across some sharp sheet metal which cut into the sensor wire and grounded out the CPU. We ended up sending the customer another CPU only for them to burn that one too until they inspected the wiring and found the issue.
