    Doubt it. If you can get to the CPU make sure they connected the controller to the unit... Look for a connection to the "C" port and make sure they connected your heads only in the F1, F2 & F3 (Front Heads) and R1-R2 (Rear Heads). Follow the Red +12V wire and see that its connected to a switched power circuit in the fuse box and check the Black Ground wire to make sure its grounded to the chasis of the vehicle. You can get a cheap test light at your local auto parts store to test the black & red wire for working power.
