Making the LP less reflective does help. "Tilting" the LP forward also helps a little causing some reflections to be directed to the road surface. Some 3M films do cause "diffusion" & scattering of the IR photons which also helps. I use both of these tactics on my LP !

1. Which 3M film do you recommend ?
2. What I've noticed about my LP - the retro-reflecting effect makes my hand whole red back, even If I point by a toy, red laser from angle bigger than 45 degree !
And there is my question if tilting the LP could help in that kind of retro-reflective material ?
3. I think about tilting the front plate up. Why? Every time a LEO shoots me, I was on the top of a hill and the LEO was in the valley.

Currently I'm using 3M Scotchcal "Marking Film".
However,I'm looking for something even better. I noticed the 2 URL links that member "hussein" mentioned in his Post #1 that have interested me, but until I can acquire one or both to test I cannot recommend either one at this time.
