Any jammer should be able to jam the gun even if it's firing into a mirror. Period. Jamming is about timing, not about power. It should not matter if the original signal from the gun is reflected back at 100% power; the jammer should still work.
If the gun is getting a punchthrough, the jammer is:
1. Not properly installed
2. Not "seeing" the gun (heads are too far from where the signal is currently falling and you need more jammer heads to cover the car)
3. Not updated to jam the gun being fired
In this case, it would be to your advantage to reduce reflectivity, but only because the jammer is deficient. You're still going to get tagged at some point and you need to upgrade/reinstall your jammers.
