Ok, what do you think about an assertion which can be found on the radartest.com:
"The laser jammer's task is easiest when it's trying to protect a dark vehicle wearing no front license plate." ?

Anyway, I hope I understand what you are going to say, good Jammer should cope even in such circumstances (with retro-reflective front plate).
