    We've seen some so-called "Professional" shops do very poor installs. It's your responsibility to inform them what & HOW you want everything done.
    Do they offer testing of the system after the work is completed ?

    If not, depending on your location(send me a PM if you do not want to disclose in Public view here)...I'll offer to test your system.
