ALP being used for shifter on the 9500CI

I dont know if this has been mentioned before. But im in my car and i just re-installed my old 9500 ci ( since i found a buyer that wanted the newer one) and i decided to not install the zr4 shifter ( since there worthless) and as im standing outside of my car looking at the bumper, It dawned on me.
I wish i could use my ALP system for Lidar and have it intergrated into the CI. How cool would that be to have the ( Best of the Best).
Yes i know i can add the M3 to the alp but i would rather be able to add alp as an alternative to the ( ZR3/4 or LSP) and have the system run threw the CI..
    What do you guys think?

We thought about it but you would loose to many of the important features of the ALP if you had the 9500CI as the controlling unit. (Gun ID's, Different Tones, LID Settings both standard and GPS Controlled, Etc., Etc.) There is too much to loose going the other way.
