Hi to all members,
The professional installer, who is nearing completion of an ALP Quad w/HiFi system and an STiR + system in my car, just called me regarding the brightness of the ALP LED status/warning light that can be placed somewhere in the dashboard. He felt it was extremely bright and he wanted to know if I wanted him to put a resister in the light's electrical line. I said no, as I seem to remember reading that with the ALP HW 2.0, which I have recently purchased, has the software ability for an owner to select the brightness of the LED bulb. Is this correct?
Can the brightness of the ALP LED status/warning bulb be owner adjustable with HW 2.0?
If the LED bulb can be owner adjustable by a software selection, how may intensity levels are available?
Thank you for any info you may be able to provide.
