    Cool Greetings from NY

Hi, been lurking for a little bit here as I decided what I wanted to do in my new 2015 Ford Fusion. In my previous cord I used a Passport 8500 X50 with an Escort Live smartcord (the 8500 had respectable performance, Escort Live I didn't honestly find all that useful), but I decided to go for the Antilaser Priority with four heads, STI-R antenna, and ALPConnect. Just installed the front ALP sensors, control module, STI-R antenna, and ALPConnect over the holidays. Radar seems to be working great, parking detection seems to be working fine although I have yet to test other laser related functionality

The install was pretty difficult and I'm not a stranger to installing hardware in cars (very tight under the hood, the active grill shutters left almost no clearance for the ALP heads and radar antenna - barely fit with the front bumper cover put back on, several different interior pieces with odd fastening needed to be removed, and even then space was extremely tight). I only ended up installing the front sensors thus far, with the backup plan that if I decide against the rear sensors later, I can likely sell them around what I bought them for. Just keeping them in the box for now...

I'll lurk around and see what devleopments occur.

Welcome to the forum.. Post up some photo's in the Show off your Install thread when you get a chance. Its great to be able to see everyone's installs so new users can get some ideas for their own vehicles and old users might even learn something new.

I'm also new to posting on the forum, but have been reading the numerous threads, especially the AL Priority thread for some time now. Good luck with your new equipment installation....hope everything works well for you.
