Hi to all!

I'm new to the forum, in the process of having a Beltronics STiR+ and an AL Priority Quad system installed in my 2004 M-B SL55 AMG.

I also have a 2000 M-B E55 AMG which has a concealed Escort SR-1 radar/laser detector which was installed in 2000. It still serves me well, but I will upgrade the E55 AMG to the STiR+ and the ALP Quad after the SL55 AMG installation has been completed.

After spending numerous hours reading test reports and reading comments on various forums, it seems that the AL Priority is the absolute best way to go at the present time.

Hi Yellowcab,

I am in Atlantic County, N.J., and I look forward to finding out when and where the laser jammer testing will take place, hopefully somewhere in N.J. If somewhere else, I will travel to that location. I will definitely attend, not only to offer my car and its equipment for testing purposes, but to also confirm/verify that my ALP system and its installation is operating at 100%. How will the word be put out as to when and where the testing will take place? Will it show up as a Thread on this general forum or will it show up on the ALP section of this forum?

Welcome to the forum. You are in a great location and as YC mentioned above RALETC has several NJ Lidar meets where you can come down and get shot with just about every gun that is out there so you can get your system tested thoroughly.

I assume you are Tom from BRD, am I correct in my assumption? You won't remember me, with all the people you speak to, etc. I have called BRD and spoken with you 3 or 4 times since mid December 2014, in preparation for purchasing an ALP Quad system w/HiFi, as well as a Beltronics STiR+ system. Both will be professionally installed. I am awestruck by your professionalism in how you are developing the ALP system as well as how much time and effort you put into assisting your customers! I can't wait to have my car completed and to start using such an awesome laser detection/jamming system here in N.J., as well as in Maryland and Delaware, where I also drive quite frequently.
