    Hi from FL.

Hey guys, I am happy to join the site and enter in some of the discussions here. I currently have my ALP Quad ready to be installed tomorrow before I go on a cross country trip to CA. I have a Redline mounted to my rearview with a hardwired Escort Live on the side of my console. I have been fortunate to spot most LIDAR before it was too late but I am not willing to risk that anymore I am looking forward to checking out other people's setups and sharing mine as well.

Welcome to the forum. Redline and ALP's are an excellent combo. Try to get tested before you travel. Keep us posted on your install and adventures

Not sure how or where I could get tested around here. I hope the audio place installing it has one of the handheld devices that can simulate a LIDAR at least. They do install the Escort jammers so they should have something. Not the best way but it might have to do.

How soon are you leaving for CA? There is a member here that is setting up a test date in GA towards the end of the month. If that doesn't work, you might start a thread asking for help testing while on the way to CA, someone may be able to help you out enroute.

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to ask questions and participate in the discussions. Don't forget to register your ALP and update it. Otherwise it won't work.

I will be leaving in the next few days. I could always find a cop shooting LIDAR, drive past him, then go back and ask if he got a read on me.

Unfortunately that's a no -no in the community; we don't want to tip them off that jammers actually work.
