Your install is more important than the number of heads. If you car is not large 2 heads will protect it sufficiently even against VPR guns.

That's what I thought. I have seen a lot of videos with 2 heads jamming VPR guns just fine. In fact, the only one I have seen with 3 on front was a truck.

I would purchase a 4th head and install them on the rear.

Consulted the lidar chicks and they suggested to buy another & install on the rear of your vehicle. No issues with two headed set-ups for me.

Decided to use the 3rd head on my car's front rather than my wife's car.

I am getting a third head for the front to be extra secure.
