Well, I did not read that interpretation in the law, a good friend that I used to ride with the is / was (Retired) a CA High Way Patrol told me that they were instructed that 4 heads were a misdemeanor and could lead to arrest depending on attitude. I guess is would be up to the judge.

I met up with a lawyer who actually looked up for case law on this, and no one he could find in the database has ever been charged with the 4-device thing. He said the law is ambiguous, and would need to be challenged in court, but so far no one has been charged with it. That said, you do not need rear jammers in CA.
