If I'm running BT thru a dedicated Iphone w/connect what OR is the advantage of getting the HF module ?

Really nothing.... Unless you are using the switch and can switch back and forth. Right now the Control Set manually will have more features (Change LID Settings, Etc.) But those will be available through ALP Connect in future updates. HiFi was really designed for users that did not want to use ALP Connect.
