Hoping next week.. AL & Myself came to one conclusion this past week. (Never roll out a new product near the holiday's) We wont do this again. Shipping has been a nightmare and I have one shipment still stuck in customs for 5 days. To get some in quicker I paid over $1200 in shipping alone to keep the release on schedule before the end of the month.

While we certainly appreciate that on my part it wasn't necessary. I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer to keep you from going in the hole or something because of shipping. After all you've been there and done that with me already.

Shipping is. Nightmare right now. I don't blame you for staying away from Holiday time. It's killer.
