there are a lot more benefits to the alp then just the dragon eye guns... You should do some research and look at the past testing results. Retail price difference on both systems at the moment on s dual is a whole $50-$150 depending if you are in the us or canada. Even if it were several hundred more you should consider what the future would bring and the costs involved if you decide you need the alp later. You are in canada and they use the dragoncams there and they shoot from the rear. I strongly suggest you re-think your plans.
