oddpedestrian only has a 17.1% chance of winning in each drawing (assuming entries aren't removed if they win something). He still has a > 50% chance of winning nothing in all 3 drawings in that case.
Will winners be disqualified from winning any other rounds if they win something in at least one round? Or is it possible, in theory, for someone with >= 3 entries to win all 3 prizes?
