Gps not Working

Well iOS 8.1 has not fixed the location services issue, nor the constant dropping connection with the Bluetooth module.
On the car side, I no longer have phone connection issues so Apple have fixed that, so is the fault on Apples side still or is it the App needs an update?

Not sure I have been having some problems as well. I am just using the regular controller for now. I have a switch to switch back and forth instantaneously between the two which is really great.

I think it is apples problem because previous versions worked perfectly.

I bought a 4s on ebay but the dude didn't erase his account and now I cant download the app or do anything with the stupid thing. I am currently jail breaking it and trying to get in another way. The guy is not responding to me. I got his cell number off this phone and texted him and still nothing. I opened a case against him to try and get his attention.
