    ALP Connect update issue

Anyone having an issue on an iPhone where they applied the latest Apple update and now their miles per hour stays at zero. Meaning it's not calculating speed?

That sounds like an older update...there was a fix for that with a subsequent update..ensure you're running the latest update...

Just to clarify, I'm talking about the iPhone app. The version is 1.7 released on iTunes 10/8. I am having the same issue on both an iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 so don't think it is the device? Anyone else?

I'm talking about the ALP firmware version..make sure you're up to date as ALP fixed the no speed situation that resulted in a FW release they did

Go to settings privacy and ensure that the app is allowing location services enabled. For some reason when it updated it switched off

8.1 has not fixed the disconnecting randomly nor the location services not remembering its setting and having to be activated every time you turn on the App. Other Bluetooth issues have been fixed so it possibly could be that ALP need to fine tune the App to be fully compatible with ios8, or , it could still be Apple. Who knows
