Are you good with Android? Problem I am having is BT 4.0 LE, I have tried many external BLE 4.0 Dongles and Android just does not have drivers for them and its a waiting game trying to get Google to add support for 4.0 USB BT Adapters.

Sorry, I am not familiar with using Bluetooth dongles on Android. Do you mind me asking what device the dongle is for?

Any Android CarPC, They all only currently have support for BT 2.0 but they have USB Ports for BT Dongles but no support drivers to utilize the BT 4.0 USB Dongles.
