So then if it's a rear shot you don't hit the brakes ? But a parking brake? Why care .....if it doesn't give a speed until you kill and your down at PSL what does the break lights matter to you....now the LOE may scratch his head but you don't get a ticket.... At least that the way I see it your mileage may vary though...
