What is there Jammer capability like?

I cant comment on there radar but when I was purchasing my LI the owner give me a demo of the VIP it was a while ago but the laser heads are the same size as original parking sensors little round circles you find in bumpers of cars ...these sensors can be mounted any where ..the main receiver (some sort of square box ) was the only detector ...when I had the demo in the shop he needed to aim his laser gun at the receiver box ...there was also a time delay between the trigger pull and alert just like the LI has

the laser heads are probly the smallest on the market to this day but the flip side is that the laser heads are only the transmitting not receiving as there is only one receiver unit so one would hope that one single receiver unit will pick up laser every time

to be honest I wasn't impressed with the quick demo while I was at the shop specially when he told me the price

for a 5 grand system that will be out dated withen 5 years this goes for all laser jammers and detectors there is no such thing as future proof

hmm...

I'm just speculating here, but looking at the patches themselves, and the way they're rotated 45 degrees, it almost looks like they're designed for linear polarization and rotating them 45 degrees so that they're a compromise halfway between vertical and horizontally polarized sources.

I believe the Multanovas are vertically polarized so it looks like they're simply rotating it another 45 degrees to help with detecting it, at the cost of diminished horizontal polarization performance.

Just a guess.

the vip is both horizonta/verticle ,so how is the MultaRadar CD (MRCD) polarized, some thing must be different with the need to make a 45deg option

MRCD is vertically polarized (Ex., STI-R M-Ed only detects it horizontally mounted). The problem of this radar is its emision, FMCW. That is the reason why V1 identifies it as multiple boogies.

Stinger is ALMOST undetectable, but not 100%...

I have no test with MPHD, but previous antena was detectable at a few meters.
