Thought I would give this a re_look as youthan and heck are here, I believe the Vip has both polarities and the range is fantastic on low power K over the plus or rl

I see on RDF that Stinger VIP is "coming soon" to USA, and the starting price is > $5k USD
Could mean they've adapted it for the standard USA Ka frequencies now (33.8, 34.7, 35.5 GHz) ?
Also it was originally designed for static photo radar in EU, so changes would need to be made for mobile radar detection ?
2 x ALPriority (Quint) with STi-R+ and BT/HiFi/GPS integration | V1C (sold) | Bel RX65 S7 | 2015 Intl Redline Pro-A (sold) | Uniden R3 | Uniden LRD950 (sold) | Stalker Lidar | UltraLyte LRB | Kustom Raptor RP-1 2 x K band, 1 x Ka band antennas | Decatur Genesis-II K band |
$$$$$$$$$$$ that seems wild price, but yeh will be good if that happens ,i remember a while bak talking to the guy in WA that sells em and the frq for OZ weren't good, but they were looking into it, i think they also could have done things for mobile k, if so and they get good range i think it will be really good
starting price is > $5k USD
Holy batshit, Batman!!!

I cant comment on there radar but when I was purchasing my LI the owner give me a demo of the VIP it was a while ago but the laser heads are the same size as original parking sensors little round circles you find in bumpers of cars ...these sensors can be mounted any where ..the main receiver (some sort of square box ) was the only detector ...when I had the demo in the shop he needed to aim his laser gun at the receiver box ...there was also a time delay between the trigger pull and alert just like the LI has
the laser heads are probly the smallest on the market to this day but the flip side is that the laser heads are only the transmitting not receiving as there is only one receiver unit so one would hope that one single receiver unit will pick up laser every time
to be honest I wasn't impressed with the quick demo while I was at the shop specially when he told me the price
for a 5 grand system that will be out dated withen 5 years this goes for all laser jammers and detectors there is no such thing as future proof
Here in Spain 2.800 Euros.
Stinger VIP, DSI and Card has the best interface, intuitive, easy to use, perfectly designed, and you can install more than 1 only antena to 1 system. But, in my opinion, M3 is better on detection, and you are able to setup what you want.
In Spain, Stinger DSI&Card doesn`t detect out of tune radars, even minimum diferences (Ex. 34.1 Ghz is not alerted, and 34,3 yes).

i Emailed Stinger direct and a reply came back Paul zmr,the OZ agent in WA, we had a good chat and he may join us and he confirmed that the vip is a very comprehensive unit and is just as capable as the plus,in freq and the red flex, also had good reports against the polis
