Because you can set the speed in GPS and when being targeted you can have the ALP automatically kill when you get to the designated speed. It will also not Jam if traveling under the set speed limit. If you already have the radar package its only a $39.95 option but if you dont have the RG Module which is used in the radar integration it would be costly to add both.
