Few Questions from a Soon to be ALP Owner

1. When you said "ALERTS yes" did you simply mean setting the sensitivity to 0 on the parking aid?

2. You said put ALL files on the same flash drive. You also said I may need to power cycle a few times. How will I know when it has finished loading one file and then needs a power cycle to finish?


Sorry I know some of this stuff is probably out there and I just haven't found it yet. Seems like info is kind of scattered here and there. Sorry if I am seeming to make everyone "spoon feed me" lol

I just really like to know what I am doing before I get things it makes the setup so much smoother.

After a download is complete the unit will restart and then start blinking green (parking) or blue (interference mode). Just tun it off manually and restart it, next file will load and then restart itself and blink green or blue, etc.

You can only have one file named "setup.alp" on the usb at a time, it determines the setup options as Tman showed plus the firmware version and controller file, 3 files total. You can have other usb's with files saved to use when testing for example with unlimited jamming time, or other options if needed.

It really is simple once you play with it a little...the ALP I'm talking about.
