I was concerned because it is video taped , thus they could tag your plate , then merge different occasions
and find it is not a coincidence ...just thinking , no paranoia here.

They don't video the hit they photograph it only if over speed and mail a citation and these vehicles aren't even manned by a policeman but a "clerk"
