My feeling is my customers are always first, If a customer needs help and its even 11PM on a Sunday and they PM me I get back to them right away even if we are closed. I always take care of them and I have always done this. If they put their members first they could easily just reactivate the "AL PRIORITY USA" account on their forum and I would represent ALP in a professional manor and put all the past BS behind me and be there for their members. Instead they come up with putting an installer up as the contact for a product that the installer does not even stock. This does not help anyone and will only add more frustration to a member that needs answers and sometimes immediately if there is a problem.
