I went to http://www.alpriority.com/contact/#registration put in info and was sent an email explaining about update. Downloaded update and it worked perfectly.

Glad you are back up and running. New procedure is to register your unit on the ALP website and once registered your serial number will be activated and you will be able to download the firmware. This only effects the main CPU firmware. We will create a new setup guide which will include this new procedure hopefully tonight sometime.
