Hey guys, There was a big stink about flashing your light in a situation like this, The florida judge stated that flashing your lights when you see an officer/s falls under freedom of speech and it is NOT an unlawful act, Now that is just down here in florida, same goes for NY but you go ahead and try that in NY and watch and see what happens..
